The Zoog Zapper pump is designed for flexibility, allowing quick configuration for any AC system—residential or commercial. For this 20-ton commercial installation, the pump was calibrated to dispense one cup of Steramine every five days. Both settings were adjusted in minutes.

This particular air conditioner had a history of frequent drain clogs, which led to repeated flooding of office space. To address this, we installed a 2.5-gallon reservoir equipped with quick-disconnect fittings for easy refilling. With a refill cost of less than $10 every six months, the system provides long-term protection with minimal maintenance.

At the heart of the Zoog Zapper system is a positive-displacement peristaltic pump. It is self-priming, capable of pumping up or down, and is ideal for rooftop or hard-to-reach installations. We use food-grade silicone tubing, built to last for years in demanding conditions. The pump is powered by the standard 24VAC transformer power and only draws 2.3 watts when pumping.
