After more than 1.5 years of prototyping and testing, the ZoogSnake is almost here—engineered to be the most effective snake ever designed for ¾" AC drain lines. At 50 feet long, this breakthrough tool finally solves the toughest challenge: navigating multiple 90-degree turns while still reaching deep enough to clear the entire line—a critical step in preventing costly backups.
Conventional methods—vacuuming, blasting with compressed air or nitrogen, or flushing with water—only punch a temporary pathway through the slime which will typically clog again.
The Zoogloea bacteria inside the pipe is more like cholesterol in an artery: the flow looks clear for a while, but the buildup quickly returns.
Only a mechanical snake can fully dislodge that buildup (we have video!). And the ZoogSnake does it better than anything else—flexible enough to pass bends, yet strong enough to clear long runs with ease.
We’ve experienced it firsthand. Every time we snake a line before installing a Zoog Zapper, we’re shocked by how much bacteria is stuck inside—and deeply satisfied knowing that once the line is “rejuvenated,” it’s far less likely to clog again as the Zoog Zapper provides weekly dispensing.
We have solved the AC drain line conundrum!
The ZoogSnake is coming soon.
The ZoogSnake will be 55 feet in length. If the ZoogSnake can get through a drain line like in the video, any other drain line will be easy to navigate and clear, especially with an aggressive augur tip!
Latest (12/7/2025) Prototype. This drain line is over thirty feet in length with a total of four 90-degree elbows and one 45-degree fitting. To make it easier to snake I added a 45-degree fitting on the pipe coming out of the ground and added an extension pipe so I didn't have get down on the ground.

We are at the point of narrowing down the design of the snake and testing on simulated drain lines, this one being about 40 feet.
There are three prototypes being produced and one of them should be the final iteration of the design ready for production.
This is uncharted territory and development takes time as we learn and experiment and learn yet more!
Coming soon!
This shows the method using a prototype snake . The record so far is a drain line that was 46'!
This spring was my prototype! The customer had an AC company come to "clear" her clogged drain line, and a week later I went as she was clogged again. The AC techs were unable to clear the line. The video is me forcing the snake manually through a long drain line that is underground and then turns up 90-degrees to the second floor of the home. The entire drain line was fully engulfed in bacteria. I was able to clear the line combined with flushing the pipe with water using the ZoogFlush kit!
